Return Eligibility

Purchases made through Hoverailen are generally treated as final sale.

We do not provide routine returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong size, color, or quantity.

A return-related resolution may only be considered when:

  • The product arrives damaged;

  • The product has a verified defect or quality problem; or

  • The item delivered is different from the item ordered.

Any such request must first be reviewed and approved by our customer support team.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Products

Although we take reasonable steps to ensure products are properly prepared before shipment, occasional issues may occur during fulfillment or transportation.

We recommend checking your order promptly after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days from the delivery date.

Refund Processing

If your request qualifies for either a full or partial refund and is approved by our team, the approved amount will be returned to the original payment method used for the order.

After we process the refund, it will generally take approximately 7–12 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

The exact timing may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution.

Please note that once a refund has been issued by Hoverailen, any additional processing time is controlled by the applicable payment provider.

Replacement & Exchange Requests

Hoverailen does not provide conventional product exchanges.

Replacement items are considered only when the original product has been confirmed by our customer service team to be:

  • Damaged upon arrival;

  • Defective; or

  • Incorrectly fulfilled.

Replacement requests must be reviewed and approved before any replacement is arranged.

Returns Without Authorization

Please do not mail or ship any item back to us unless our customer service team has first provided specific return instructions.

Packages returned without prior authorization cannot be processed as approved returns.

As a result, unauthorized returns will not qualify for:

  • A refund;

  • A replacement;

  • An exchange; or

  • Another form of return-related compensation.
